Tribute to Guru Ram Das Ji and Siri Singh Sahib Ji

Golden Temple Guru Ram Das was the fourth of the ten Sikh Gurus. He was a great Yogi and Master of the Raj Yoga path. He was the Guru who started the excavation of where the Golden Temple in Amritsar, India now stands. It is said that anyone who bathes in that nectar tank of Guru Ram Das (at the Golden Temple), all their generations will be healed. Guru Ram Das holds the space for Kundalini Yoga and rules over the fourth chakra, the heart center.

As we embark upon the Aquarian Age, it is important to have a very open and balanced heart chakra, so we call upon Guru Ram Das to assist us in accomplishing this.

The Siri Singh Sahib, Yogi Bhajan had adopted Guru Ram Das Ji as his Divine Guru and in that sacred memory our 3HO (Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization) Ashrams are named “Guru Ram Das Ashram.” By meditating or creating a mental link with this Great Guru and receiving Him and the Golden Temple in the mental eye, all sicknesses have been known to leave the person. Yogi Bhajan was a Master of Kundalini Yoga by the ripe young age of 16. He came to Toronto, Ontario from India during the winter of 1969 and openly began teaching Kundalini Yoga, which previously was the best-kept secret in India. On January 5, 1969, Yogi Ji founded the 3HO (Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization) Foundation in Los Angeles, California. There are now over 300 3HO Centers in 39 countries, on 6 continents including the U.S.A., Canada, Mexico, Russia, Australia, South Africa and countries in Europe, South America and Southeast Asia.

Yogi Bhajan earned a Masters Degree in Economics in India and a Doctorate in the Psychology of Communication in the U.S. He was also a master of Ayurvedic healing and head of 14 U.S. corporations, including the computer company Sun and Son, Yogi Tea and Kettle Chips AND Akal Security, which guards the Federal Court House in Washington, D.C.

Yogi Bahjan Yogi Bhajan was the only living Master of White Tantric Yoga. Through the healing that he performed as the Mahan Tantric he assumed the karma of those he helped and rearranged the ions of a person's aura, helping them to reach their truest selves and become compassionate, kind and caring people. Yogi Bhajan taught that happiness is the birthright of every human being. One of his favourite sayings was "If you can't see God in all, you haven't seen God at all."
Yogi Ji left his physical body on October 6, 2004 in his home in Espanola, New Mexico. It was his wish that we all become 10 times greater than he and his mission was to create teachers not followers. It is with this in mind, that these teachings are being shared with you so that you live to your true potential as Bountiful, Blissful and Beautiful Beings.
